COMPLAINT - WESTPAC TRUST
Thank you for your letter dated 24 July 1998.
I have had further discussions with Westpac Trust regarding your $4000 Red Cross Mastercard debt and it has advised that the debt was written off by the Bank in September 1997 and although at that time the debt was referred to Baynet for collection, the Bank has today advised it will instruct Baynet to take no further action to recover the debt from you.
I trust the above allays any concerns you have regarding the debt you previously owed to the Bank.
